Our client is a highly respected, growing organisation in the retail industry, known for its strong community ties and commitment to operational excellence.
They are looking for a strategic and hands-on Human Resource Business Partner (HR-BP) to join their team and support business growth through effective HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, employee relations, and HR policy compliance. Lead recruitment efforts for key positions, working with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners. Manage talent development initiatives, including onboarding, training, and succession planning. Support organisational change and manage restructuring processes when necessary. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, offering advice on risk management. Drive employee engagement programs and retention strategies to build a strong workplace culture. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management alike. About You The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the retail or FMCG sectors. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Demonstrated success in managing change and working in a fast-paced environment.
