Full timeTell me about this role:We are looking for a Director of Systems, Security & Innovation to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will drive strategy and growth in the SSI business, which spans the whole of Defence and Federal Government and National Security.Specifically, this role will be primarily focused on leading, delivering for, and growing the Defence, Intelligence, and Federal Government sector of Amentum business.What will I be doing day to day?Develop and maintain specific growth strategy, client, opportunity, and pursuit planning activitiesProvide leadership in Sales and actively participate in Client engagement and business development opportunities in pursuit of future work for the businessAssure the quality of project delivery, client relationships, and related outputs throughout project/program lifecyclesSupport the Growth and Sales team through the development of innovative solutions to differentiate proposalsSupport the future direction of the practice, based on future-focused insights and thought leadership, aligned to SS&I overall strategyWhat sort of skills do I need?Experience in Defence or Federal Government Project Delivery and Business DevelopmentDemonstrated knowledge of the cyber security landscape in Federal Government and critical infrastructure sectors such as Water, Energy, Transport, ResourcesAn ability to develop and lead a highly skilled technical teamStrong communication skillsProcess orientated with good attention to detailAustralian citizenship and a minimum NV1 security clearanceWhat's in it for me?Flexibility - We like our employees to have the flexibility they need to live the lives they choose.
