We are seeking a seasoned CAPEX Procurement Category Manager to lead our procurement strategies and deliver exceptional outcomes across our business.About the role:This pivotal role will focus on developing and leading the CAPEX procurement function at CSR.
You will shape and execute category strategies to drive compliance, optimize spend, and enhance supplier relationships while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute short- and medium-term sourcing plans, compliance programs, and tools to optimize category spend.Implement procurement strategies that strengthen supplier collaboration, minimize costs, and fortify the supply chain.Engage with business units to ensure compliance and alignment with CAPEX category goals.Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external CAPEX partners to deliver on strategic sourcing objectives.Establish and maintain governance-compliant frameworks and processes for CAPEX procurement.Lead continuous improvement initiatives by developing efficient processes and systems.Ensure alignment with market trends, organizational needs, and legislative requirements.Promote a proactive safety culture by adhering to WHSE standards and responsibilities.About You:10+ years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing.Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or a related discipline.Proven expertise in implementing procurement and supplier management strategies.A strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.Exceptional leadership and influencing skills to drive alignment across teams.A strong commitment to safety and WHSE compliance.What we offer:Supportive and collaborative culture that fosters innovation and inclusion.Care and wellbeing offer includes up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave and access to an employee assistance program.Rewarding career with on-the-job learning, development, and upskilling opportunities.How to Apply:Just click on the Apply for this job button.We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements.
