The Opportunity We are looking for a self-motivated and outcome focused individual to join our Settlements & Customer Operations Division.
Reporting to the Manager of Quality, Projects & Insights, you will be responsible for a broad array of quality assurance, reporting and insights activities to support the teams across the division.
You will work both autonomously and collaboratively with your fellow Quality & Insights Analysts, as well as with a range of other stakeholders inside and outside of the division including Settlements, Payments, Funding Services and Customer facing teams.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve the division's quality assurance practices and frameworksSupport divisional projects and/or enterprise-wide projects as requiredComplete monthly divisional reportsPerform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistencyIdentify data trends and anomalies to identify potential issuesCreate engaging dashboards and reports in a variety of reporting productsAbout you Minimum two (2) years' experience in a similar role within Financial ServicesTakes pride in delivering exceptional customer service experiencesPossesses strong written and verbal communication skillsTakes personal accountability for the quality of your workExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsExcels in team-based work environments supporting colleagues to do their best workProficient in working across multiple technology platformsProven experience in Office 360 products (Excel, Power Apps) will be highly regardedEmployee Benefits Flexible working arrangementsAbility to purchase additional LeaveEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Training opportunitiesSocial EventsRetail discounts with Reward GatewayWe value your interest and encourage you to apply.
