Our students learn one of the world's most effective martial arts in a supportive team environment that challenges and inspires.
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior Coach to join our established academy.
In this key role, you will promote our valued brand and pass on your knowledge, skills, and expertise to our valued students.
As Senior Coach you will be responsible for: Contributing to the overall performance and operations of the academy, driving a culture of excellence, teamwork, and community.
Directing a variety of classes to a wide range of student levels.
Ensuring classes run effectively and demonstrate the benefits of the art.
Coordinating and collaborating with our amazing coaches to ensure our students receive the best possible experience in both instruction and culture.
Let's talk about you: Not only will you have a strong passion for Jiu Jitsu, you will also: Be a highly motivated individual with a passion for teaching.
Hold a Black Belt ranking or higher.
Have exceptional people skills and can effectively motivate and inspire others to achieve their goals.
Have a deep understanding of various training styles and methods, and can cater to the needs of a wide range of students.
Above all, you will be a team player who can bring your own positive energy and enthusiasm to our team We pride ourselves on our supportive student environment, so if you are ready to inspire and motivate others to achieve their Jiu Jitsu goals, then we want to hear from you.
