You will manage a variety of family law cases, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
The role focuses on finding practical, out-of-court solutions, giving you the opportunity to leverage your negotiation skills to help families move forward without the stress and cost of litigation.
This position suits a lawyer who values both client care and efficient service, and who enjoys making a meaningful difference in clients' lives by guiding them through challenging family law matters.
Key requirements:
