Our business is working towards a fully supported regional network model to be the best carrier out to regional Australia.Border Express is now seeking physically fit and energetic Forklift Operators to join our industry leading Freight Transport team.
We are recruiting for the PM shift based in Dandenong on a Casual basis.
Forklift Operators The successful candidates for these positions will be responsible for assisting with the efficient loading of vehicles whilst at the same time maintaining quality standards, thus ensuring our customers receive the high level of service they have come to expect.You will need to be able to demonstrate the following attributes:Minimum two years recent forklift experience;Transport/Warehousing industry experience;Ability to adhere to WHS and Safety Regulations;A current forklift licence is essential for this position;Strapping experience is highly favoured too.You will need to BE able to demonstrate the following attributes:Excellent attitude, a good work ethic and reliability;A current Forklift Licence is preferred;The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team;A high level of physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive lifting;Previous experience in sorting freight;Sound Transport industry knowledge.We are seeking individuals who possess a positive attitude and an excellent work ethic to be part of our continuously evolving cultureAs a job applicant, your security is our priority.
