Engineering Team Lead

Changing the way people engage with property requires a team of diverse thinkers. The Engineering Team Lead plays a crucial role in supporting and driving our company's strategy by ensuring Technical Excellence and Innovation across the Delivery Team. They collaborate with the Product Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Architect and/or Designer to establish technical requirements and lead the technical direction of the work. The role involves setting (and continuously improving) technical standards and relevant patterns for software delivery. You will provide mentorship to engineers on principles and practices, ensuring consistency in approach. Leads by example in building quality in, aligned with product vision and value.

Design software solutions for scale and have proven experience with either highly trafficked customer-facing websites
Experience working in Azure
Experience in building Finance/Accounting solutions
D365 (FO) development experience highly desirable
AWS (or other Cloud Platform) Certification
Leading a small team of Engineers, providing ongoing coaching and development
