SAFETY, QUALITY & ENVIRONMENT CONSULTANT AND/OR TRAINEEHSE Management Australia (HSEMA) is a risk management consultancy that specialises in assisting business, government, and non-government agencies identify and manage risk.The successful QHSE Consultant will have demonstrated experience (the QHSE Trainee will develop), application, and knowledge of:Determining the context of a business/project with relevance to a management systemISO45001 OHS management systemsISO9001 Quality management systemsFederal Safety AccreditationKey Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesDeveloping, Implementing & Reviewing Management Systems including:Engagement with clients, stakeholders, and regulatorsSite visits and inspectionsConduct/participate in toolbox talks and OHS committee meetingsMonitor and review site safety proceduresConduct/participate in onsite inductionsConduct onsite training and administration of site safety practicesMonitor and review site risk registers and management plansImplementing and training of emergency evacuation plansReviewing Contractor OHS documentation including policies and proceduresConduct/participate in incident investigation, analysis, and reporting including root cause analysisCollect/record data and prepare reports as requiredEssential Requirements QHSE Consultant:Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated high level engagement skills, inclusive of management and 'coalface' personnelDemonstrated high level organisational and time management skillsHigh level application of the Microsoft Suite, inclusive of Excel programming, Outlook, and basic Microsoft Word IDE (Integrated Development Environment)SharePoint or similarRelevant industry experience (minimum 2 years)Essential Requirements QHSE Trainee Consultant:Certificate IV Work Health & SafetyWhite CardApplication of Microsoft SuitePlease submit your application (detailing recent relevant experience), indicating which position you are applying for (Consultant or Trainee), along with your resume/CV, two current references, and an indication of availability to commence if successful, by close of business Sunday 8th December 2024.
