Our client is a leading facilities management company known for its exceptional service and innovative solutions.
We are currently seeking a Senior Deal Shaping/Pricing Analyst to join their team and help drive their growth strategy.

As the Senior Deal Shaping/Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for shaping and pricing deals to ensure that proposals are competitive, profitable, and meet the needs of clients.
You will play a critical role in collaborating with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure proposals are executable and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform pricing and deal strategies.
Develop pricing models and proposals for new and existing clients, balancing profitability with competitiveness.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure proposals meet business objectives and are executable.
Lead pricing negotiations with clients, maximizing value for the company while maintaining strong relationships.
Provide thought leadership on deal shaping and pricing best practices, continuously improving processes and tools.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in deal shaping, pricing, or related role in a complex B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
