JEANSWEST is looking for a Store Manager to lead our team of 4+ team members at our fabulous Leopold store.
Rotating fortnightly roster to help support a healthy work/life balance – Only work every second Saturday OUR STORE MANAGERS -Connect with their store team to develop, coach and mentor.Contribute to the overall commerciality of the business by leading the team to achieve all KPIs and financial targets.Drive an outstanding customer experience while overseeing the team to convert traffic into customers.Increase brand awareness and build brand loyalty with their customers.THE PERFECT FIT HASA collaborative leadership style to develop meaningful relationships across the brand.A customer centric mind set.A positive attitude and take pride in your personal style & presentation.Experience in a leadership role is preferred but not essential.PERKS OF WORKING FOR JEANSWESTGenerous Salary Package.50% team discounts on Jeanswest product.Clothing Allowance.Progression opportunities across the wider business.Paid Parental Leave for eligible team members.Employee Referral Program - Earn up to $2000 for successful employee referrals.Discounted Health Insurance.ABOUT JEANSWESTA heritage Australian denim brand who has led the denim market for over 50 years.
