Adaptalift looks after customer and company-owned equipment and provides breakdown services, fault finding and preventive and routine maintenance services on this equipment across the Adelaide region.
We are seeking a Heavy Diesel Mechanic / HD Fitter with experience working on heavy equipment, mobile plant, access equipment or similar to join our team in Dry Creek, Adelaide.
What's in it for you: A sign-on bonus of $5,000 (payable at 6-months of service)Up to $49/h + super (base rate + overtime rates)Working hours Monday – Friday 7am- 3pm with opportunity for overtime (EBA rates)Fully Maintained Vehicle provided (latest model) including $13K worth of toolingOpportunity to join a rapidly growing industryCareer progression through ongoing trainingGreat onsite work facilities including modern workshop and cafeteria.An employee rewards program of product, supermarket, fuel and other retail discountsWellbeing support and employee celebrationsWhat you will be doing: Fault finding, troubleshooting & problem-solving breakdowns.Undertaking scheduled maintenance and servicingUtilising your technical skills to problem solveVisiting our customers on their sites, providing a high-quality & safe serviceCollaborating with your team on large overhauls and commissionsHere's what it takes: Solid experience working as a Diesel Mechanic or HD Fitter within the Heavy Equipment industry (Transport, Construction, Agricultural Machinery or Mining)Solid background in servicing, diagnostics and hydraulicsAbility to carry out a physical role with a strong mechanical aptitudeA strong commitment to safe work practices and good communication skillsYou hold a current Driver LicenceMechanical Trade Qualification such as Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic or similarAbility to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screeningFull working rights in AustraliaIf this opportunity interests you, then APPLY NOW by clicking the link below or contact the Recruitment Team at:
