You'll shape the direction of clinical and non-clinical care in OT through a dedication to:Evidence-based service improvement: The Grade 3s are at the forefront of high quality, evidence-based care in OT, influencing best practice within a clinical area.Professional growth: The Grade 3s will lead quality and service improvement activities and champion research to ensure we meet the needs of our patients and our colleagues.Sustainable workforce: The Grade 3s are expert teachers and trainers who grow the skills, knowledge and confidence of our clinical workforce.Workforce wellbeing: We care about our teams.
