This role is offered as an initial 6 month Contract opportunity.The role:The Client Manager role is intended to continue your growth and career in the media industry. Within this role you will be enabled to further your development and apply your existing knowledge through media planning and strategy across a variety of verticals.The scope of this role presents the opportunity to demonstrate your skillset in TV Planning and Buying, continuously showing how media can help solve for our clients' business challenges.This could also be an excellent opportunity for a TV Investment Manager to broaden your skillset and experience across full Client Servicing remit.Core responsibilities:Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs, owning the TV Planning & Buying functionWorks collaboratively across Dentsu and across network as needed – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and DentsuProject manages clients' communications plans including timelines and budgetReviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of workingEffectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class workProvides accurate plan details and updates to clientsA bit about you:Strong working experience with Spectra and working skillset with TV Map, VOZ (or eTam) and understanding of agency financial management processesStrong experience in TV Buying and PlanningPolished presentation and client servicing style with confidence in running regular WIPs, meetings and maintaining client communicationsDemonstrated success in improving and contributing to strong process management with Planning & BuyingA genuine love of being part of a high-performing team and building relationships with all stakeholders internal and externalWhat's in it for you:Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our 'Be the Best You' policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office set upThe opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your wayCareer Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu UniversityBecome a champion for meaningful progress:Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
