We're searching for a Luxury Short-Term Rental Property Manager to oversee a stunning portfolio of high-end properties in across the Northern Beaches & Eastern Suburbs.
This is a unique opportunity to work with prestigious homes, offering personalized and VIP-level experiences to elite clientele while maximizing revenue and maintaining the pristine condition of each property.

What You'll Be Doing :
Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences : Curate bespoke stays for high-profile guests, managing everything from personalized concierge services to luxury check-ins and private amenities.
Maximize Property Performance : Utilize your knowledge of dynamic pricing and luxury marketing platforms to increase bookings and generate significant ROI for property owners.
Property Maintenance & Vendor Management : Ensure every property remains in flawless condition, overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and premium vendor coordination for high-end services.
VIP Client Relations : Serve as the go-to contact for high-net-worth guests and property owners, providing tailored solutions and ensuring satisfaction at every level.
Revenue Growth : Analyze booking trends, guest reviews, and market demand to implement strategies that maximize occupancy and profitability.
Crisis Management : Be prepared to handle urgent requests and unexpected challenges with confidence, ensuring seamless operations and quick resolutions.
Who You Are :
You have experience managing properties or high-end hospitality services.
You understand the demands and nuances of working with an elite clientele , delivering the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service.
You have a keen eye for detail and can manage multiple luxury properties while maintaining top-tier standards.
You're a strong communicator who excels at building relationships with high-profile clients and demanding property owners.
You're flexible, proactive, and capable of handling any situation with poise, especially in fast-paced environments.
