Our Insurance WA team has approximately 60 people located across Adelaide, Perthand Darwin.
The Insurance WA team is a defendant insurancelegal team, working across both General Insurance and Statutory Insurance matters, including workers' compensation, recoveries,compulsory third party, liability, professional indemnity andgeneral insurance.
This is a fantastic hands-on Insurance role,with significant learning, development and progressionopportunities, and the opportunity to work with interestingclients, including some of Australia's top insurers.
Skills andexperience We are keen to hear from candidates with the followingskills and experience: between2 - 7 years of post-admission experience within Workers'Compensation; ideallyyou will have experience on the defendant side, however we willalso consider candidates with a plaintiff background who arekeen to move into a defendant practice; agenuine interest in building a career in workers' compensationlaw and contributing to the success of ourpractice; clear,concise legal writing skills; and About us Hall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australianlaw firm.
