Otherwise you will be working with VGA as per typical working arrangements.

About your new RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, Area Aftersales Manager to join our team in Victoria on a full-time 24-month contract.
This role will provide business development support, Aftersales operational support, and expertise to the Volkswagen, Skoda, and Cupra dealer network within an assigned geographical area.
In response to identifying dealer performance issues and opportunities to improve operational performance, this role will provide remedial and proactive support to all components of the Aftersales business.
The key accountabilities will include building strong and trusting relationships with stakeholders, driving business programs and initiatives, regularly monitoring and assessing performance, ensuring targets are met/exceeded, enhancing customer experience, and improving customer satisfaction and service retention.
Selection Criteria To qualify for this role you must:
Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in an aftersales role within the automotive industry or have experience in senior account management, business development & consulting;Excel in a corporate environment with strong stakeholder management, communication, and attention to detail;Exhibit a can-do mindset and entrepreneurial thinking;Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging audiences at all levels with clarity and impact;Be a team player, self-driven with the ability to work autonomously;Champion a strong work ethic coupled with sound judgment and customer focus;Be fluent in metrics/reporting as well as in the MS Office suite.We offer: A culture of continuous learning, growth, and development with access to personal development opportunities;Additional leave including VGA Day paid leave day and birthday leave;Discounts on Audi, CUPRA, Skoda, and Volkswagen car purchases;Free entry to Dubbo and Taronga Zoo for you and your family.Why Volkswagen Group?
