About the role: We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join Cars24 in Australia as a Registration Clerk.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with the registration process of vehiclesEnsuring compliance with state regulations and timely processing of paperworkAcquisitions of vehicles boughtLiaising with Service NSW for over-the-counter transactions and maintaining a positive relationship on behalf of Cars24Data entry and ensuring our systems are up to date and correctProviding support to the sales team and other stakeholders as neededQualifications: Customer-first mindset2-4 years experience in a similar position is preferredKnowledge of state motor vehicle registration regulations is preferredExperience in computer systemsStrong attention to detail and time managementPositive and enthusiastic team player - teamwork makes the dream workExcellent communication skills to enable you to get the job doneExperience in administrative tasks and working with paperworkStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure during busy periodsBenefits: Competitive salary + SuperGreat Employee BenefitsPerformance-based bonusesFlexible work hoursEmployee Assist ProgramGround-up opportunity: build a big business from scratch and shape the strategic direction of the market, changing the way Australians buy carsAmazing people & network.
