We are offering $45 a hour as a base wage plus the opportunity to earn commissions.
It can be between 30 -38 hrs a week for the right applicant.
We do not open Sundays and only have a 5hr day on a Saturday . Joining our team as a Senior Hairdresser at aGlo Salon & Skin Clinic in Mooloolaba, Queensland, you will be responsible for providing outstanding hair services.

What you'll be doing Delivering exceptional haircuts, colouring, and styling services to our loyal clienteleTraining and mentoring our junior stylist, sharing your expertise and techniquesMaintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the latest hair trends and techniquesProviding exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clientsActively contributing to the overall success and growth of the salonWhat we're looking for A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified hairdresserStrong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hairExcellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a premium salon experienceA passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing learningStrong level of skill with all aspects of hair extensionsThe ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and mentor junior stylistsStrong social media skills to engage and grow the hair clientele and educate clients on our workWhat we offer
