14th November, 2024WHY ESSENCE COMMUNITIES Essence Communities have been at the forefront of this emerging residential sector, operating their leading BTR management platform for over 3 ½ years.
Essence Communities have operational BTR assets across Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, as well as Canberra, with a growing pipeline of projects and partnerships with private and Institutional partners.
Our property management platform is unrivalled and is shaped from a successful 25+ year track record in property and asset management.
Our foundation of experience and expertise has propelled our operations to be leading the transformation of Australia's living sector.
KEY LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITYWith 5 assets operational, 3 opening in 2025 and more beyond, this is a truly unique role in the BTR market.
We are looking for a passionate, driven and capable operator that can take ownership of the operational success of the business.
Setting a new standard in operational excellence, drawing from previous experiences will be fundamental to success in this role and assisting Essence's dominance in the market.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the Executive General Manager – Essence Communities, your core responsibilities include the delivery of operational excellence ensuring Essence is the market leader; and ensuring assets are fully compliant and delivering exceptional people leadership for the Essence Communities Build to Rent (BTR) portfolio teams across Australia and New Zealand.
Your role will also involve:
