Deputy Director of Nursing (Aged Care) - Port Macquarie
Redstone is seeking a dedicated Care Manager/Deputy Director of Nursing to join a leading group located in Port Macquarie.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a provider with an excellent working culture, where you will work closely with a diverse and supportive team.
What's on offer: Attractive salary of $120,000-$130,000 + Super on offerReporting directly to an experienced Facility ManagerStrong supportive team to assist with all areasCollaborative and supportive on-site clinical teamOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentAbout the role: Lead, manage, and support the care teamEnsure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulationsMonitor and evaluate the quality of care, ensuring continuous improvementCommunicate with residents and families, addressing concerns and involving them in care decisionsOversee clinical assessments and coordinate healthcare servicesLead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the facilityAbout you: Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseAt least 5 years of clinical experience in Aged CareProven leadership abilities with a minimum of 1-2 years in a Care Manager roleExceptional communication and clinical problem-solving skillsCompassionate, resident-focused approach to careWe are looking to speak with Experienced Care Managers who are keen to explore their next opportunity.
