Pay rate: $50-55ph+Super Location: Perth CBD 38 hours per week (flexible start and finish times) Office based The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 1000 employees on a fortnightly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation in Western Australia.
Duties: Process fortnightly payroll, including data entry, calculations, and adjustments Ensure payroll compliance with relevant state and federal laws, awards, and agreements.
Maintain accurate payroll records, including tax, superannuation, and employee entitlements.
Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Generate payroll reports for management as required.
Requirements: Proven experience in payroll administration - experience with Australian payroll regulations is essential.
Proficiency in payroll software and Excel.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
