We are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic, and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dynamic dental practice
Job DescriptionGreet and welcome patients with a smileSchedule appointments and manage the calendarHandle phone inquiries and assist with patient needsMaintain a tidy and organized reception areaSupport the dental team with administrative tasksThe successful candidate must be able to work on:
Monday: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PMTuesday: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PMWednesday: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PMSaturday: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PMQualificationsPrevious experience as a dental or medical receptionist.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Proficiency in using computer software applications.Experience with file keeping and data entry.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationWhy Choose Us?
