Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Siebel Admin with expertise in cloud migration.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM administration, including the migration of Siebel applications to cloud environments such as AWS and OCI.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and configure Siebel CRM applications, including Siebel Application Server, Siebel Tools, and Siebel Mobile Client, along with managing upgraded patch sets.
Lead the migration of Siebel from on-premises to cloud platforms (AWS, OCI).
Manage Siebel server operations, including local database extracts, and monitor Siebel components for performance and stability.
Oversee job administration, including running jobs for EIM, Workflow Process Batch Manager, and Batch Assignment.
Handle user administration through LDAP, manage identity access, and ensure smooth user operations.
Work across different operating systems (Windows, UNIX) and database platforms, providing a versatile skillset.
Provide expertise in Siebel Application Architecture and data modeling.
Utilize logs to troubleshoot Siebel components, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays.
Qualifications:
7+ years of Siebel CRM administration experience.
Hands-on experience with cloud migration (AWS, OCI) and Siebel architecture.
Familiarity with Siebel versions 6/7 and above is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
