Penske is a leading distributor of premium power systems solutions from mtu, Detroit and Allison Transmission and the authorised distributor of Western Star Trucks, Dennis Eagle and MAN Truck & Bus.We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Coordinator who can work autonomously in the Mackay Branch supporting our Far North Queensland region.In this role you will be responsible for all of the day-to-day coordination and management of sales administration related activities.About the Role:Coordinate quotations, sales orders, and engine up-fit activities for the Mackay Sales Department/BranchDevelop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers through effective negotiationProvide proactive sales and marketing support services to the Aftersales DepartmentAbout You:Experience in a sales or sales coordination/marketing role, including customer relationship managementExperience in preparing customer quotations and managing sales ordersProficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic purchase order systemsDemonstrated administrative skills with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date recordsEffective time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlinesEffective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce written work to a high standardAbility to read and interpret product specifications, information bulletins, and catalogues - Sales, Service & PartsKnowledge and experience of Penske products and services is highly desirableWhy Choose Team Penske?At Penske, we know that it is our people at the heart of our success and we want to make sure you have everything you need to do a great job.
