Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, or Clinical Psychology Registrar
Better Together Therapy – Essendon West VIC Better Together Therapy is seeking a talented Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, or Clinical Psychology Registrar to join our team in Essendon West on a part-time basis (3 or more days).
Our clinic is multidisciplinary, offering both psychology and speech pathology services across the lifespan.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the mental health and wellbeing of our clients in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What you'll be doing Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clientsProviding evidence-based psychological interventions and therapiesCollaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for clientsMaintaining detailed and accurate client records in accordance with professional and organisational standardsParticipating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices (including in-house professional development
)What we're looking for Postgraduate qualification in Psychology with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Demonstrated experience in the provision of evidence-based psychological assessments and therapiesStrong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic, client-centred careCommitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the practiceNote: A large portion of our clients are children and young adults (under 25) so an interest in working with this area is required.What we offer At Better Together Therapy, we are dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of our team.
