Your Next Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Learning and Development Officer to join the South Brisbane team based at Annerley, on a Fixed-Term, Full-time basis, covering parental leave from 26 January 2025 to 6 February 2026, with the opportunity to extend.
This role offers the opportunity to showcase your L&D skills, contributing to RFQ's value of Lifelong Learning and further enhancing the growth and development of RFQ's employees.

Your week may look like:
Partner with RFQ managers and stakeholders to understand the training needs and identify training gaps.
In collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, develop and deliver eLearning courses that embody L&D best practice, maintain compliance and align with RFQ goals.
Maintain the L&D platform with accurate records of all training activities, outcomes, participant progress and complete reporting as required.
Assist in evaluating learning programs through feedback, surveys and performance assessments, and make data-driven improvements to enhance their effectiveness.
You will need:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education or relevant certifications.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly desired.
Proven experience in learning and development instructional design, and application of adult learning principles across different learning modalities.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
A genuine passion for supporting mental health and community well-being.
