Lead and supervise a team of pharmacists and dispensary technicians, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the dispensary.Oversee the dispensing and preparation of medicinal cannabis products using our proprietary pharmacy portal.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other pharmacists, to address patient care needs and queries.Maintain compliance with industry standards through meticulous record-keeping and stock management.Coordinate and prepare for Victorian Pharmacy Authority (VPA) audits, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and maintained.Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and improve workflows in the dispensary.Play a key role in business growth and support our expansion plans across Australia, contributing to operational success and team scalability.About You To thrive in this role, you will need:
