About the business and the role:
EFS Solar is an Australian-owned electrical company and a highly reputable renewable energy and solar retailer/installer servicing key markets in QLD, NSW, ACT, and NT since 2014.
We are looking for Experienced Sales Professionals who can promote, sell, and close on our range of products and services, including air conditioning units.
As a business, we conduct the whole process from wholesale and distribution to sales and installation.
Therefore, the ability to manage the full sales funnel in-house gives us the advantage of a high volume of referral business and warm inbound leads for you to service.
Our head office is based on the Gold Coast with offices across NSW, QLD & NT.
Due to an oversupply of warm to hot leads, we are currently seeking "Experienced Individuals" with great sales experience in the solar/air conditioning industry to focus on servicing these leads and building new business development.
You will be supplied with all the tools of the trade required to complete the sale and will work directly with the sales manager to expand new business opportunities with residential clients.
Duties include:
Calling up to 150 leads per day Preparing proposals and following up with prospects as required Presentations and negotiations Achieving minimum KPIs & maximizing sales opportunities Networking and relationship building Requirements for this Role:
Must have sales experience with a proven track record of meeting KPIs and targets A strong desire to learn and build a career A hunter mentality and the commitment necessary to maintain a high-level income Ambitious and motivated to succeed A passion and hunger for sales with the drive and discipline to succeed and earn a six-figure income The ability to cross-sell on other opportunities, products, and services Not Essential but Highly Regarded:
Experience in the air conditioning or solar/renewable energy industry What we offer:
