Dealership Truck Assistant Service Manager

Due to an internal promotion, we seek a dedicated, experienced individual to fill the Truck Dealership Assistant Service Manager position.
About the Role: As the Truck Dealership Assistant Service Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Service Manager and ensuring the smooth operations of our service department.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing day-to-day service operations Upholding Patterson Cheney's exceptional service standards Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Ensuring customer satisfaction and maximising sales Collaborating with the parts department Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism Maintaining accurate service records Implementing and maintaining department policies and procedures Staying informed on industry trends in truck maintenance and repair About you: Previous leadership experience in dealership truck service Desire to advance in your service management career Understanding of service department's KPIs Proficiency in truck maintenance and repair processes Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage customer interactions effectively Organisational and time management skills Team player with the ability to work well under pressure Proficient in dealer software management and good PC skills Current VIC Heavy Vehicle driver's license What's in it for YOU?
