Key Responsibilities: Ensure legally compliant, safe, and customer-focused environmentsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersConduct property inspections and organize necessary actionsAdhere to risk management protocols and perform Health & Safety risk assessmentsManage suppliers, contractors, and sustainability initiativesOversee routine reporting and ensure complianceIdeal Candidate Profile: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple commercial propertiesStrong understanding of service charge budgetsIOSH or NEBOSH qualificationMembership in a professional body such as IWFM or equivalentThis is a unique opportunity to join a committed team and oversee a diverse range of mixed-use properties.
