Through our Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow and TIVOLI properties, Minor Hotels operates in 50+ countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe and South America.Minor Hotels ANZ is a proud leader in strata titled accommodation management with numerous Hotels, Resorts and Residential Apartment buildings throughout Australia and New Zealand.Job DescriptionWe are currently offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a Loyalty and CRM Marketing Executive to join our high-performing Digital, CRM, and Loyalty team at Minor Hotels on a 12-month contract.Reporting directly to the Loyalty and CRM Marketing Manager, the Loyalty and CRM Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving the success of Minor Hotels by managing, optimising, and executing the planning, delivery, and analysis of email marketing campaigns, as well as engagement strategies for our CRM program across Australia and New Zealand.This role offers a unique chance to contribute meaningfully to our digital marketing efforts, while gaining experience in a dynamic, high-impact environment.Key Responsibilities Include:Execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing CloudBuild EDMs utilising our email editor and templates, with continuous testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with the marketing team to coordinate content, imagery, and copy for the creation of EDMsConduct A/B testing for creative assets and campaigns through our CRM platformDevelop reports and provide insights on the effectiveness of our email marketing effortsPartner with external agencies and third-party vendors to create content supporting email marketing and social media advertisingUtilise Asana, our project management tool, to ensure timely execution and review of email marketing campaigns while coordinating with cross-functional teamsCollaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of social media advertising aligned with our loyalty programEngage with regional and global CRM teams to support campaign planning and executionQualificationsProven experience in email marketing, CRM, and digital marketing is highly valued.Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms is essential.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.Strong attention to detail and the ability to grasp complex technical systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results in all projects.Ability to work independently, consistently achieving results while managing time and resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.Experience collaborating with remote teams and coordinating with external vendors, fostering productive partnerships that contribute to project success.Demonstrates a proactive, solution-oriented approach, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement to enhance overall productivity.Previous experience in the hotel industry is highly advantageous.Additional InformationJoin our positive and vibrant team and be rewarded with these team benefits:Competitive salary, which is negotiable based on experience50% discounts on accommodation across all Minor Hotel brands in Australia and New ZealandAccess to Minor Hotels ANZ paid parental leave benefits20% team member's friend and family discount on accommodation across all Minor Hotel brands in Australia and New ZealandAdditional paid leave including Birthday and Study leave.Educational Financial support may be available to those who undertake development relevant to the company's business requirements.Discount savings and cash back from over 400 popular retailers in Australia and New ZealandEntertainment and experience discounts (Opera Australia; Australia Zoo; BRG Brands- Experience oz, Adrenaline and RedBalloon)Discount on Furniture50% off The Coffee Club VIP membership and discount on Minor Hotels F&B outlets across the globeWellbeing programs with Uprise (EAP)Wellness Programs at Elysia Wellness retreat Accommodation, all F&B, all Wellness Activities, Spa Treatments (depends on length of program to how many) and Wellness one on one consultsOur people drive the success of our business, so we will invest in your skills to allow you to grow and progress through your career.
