We know that our success is the result of more than 4,000 talented people working together to achieve amazing outcomes.Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the skilled and qualified Leading Hand Plant Mechanic will be responsible for leading a team to success in the new machines department to ensure delivery dates and deadlines are met. You will be working on Caterpillar building and construction equipment, performing a variety of tasks.
