This role is part of the multi-billion dollar UNITE programHow will I help? As an Engineer, you will help us improve system design, fine-tune app observability and performance, implement centralized reusable libraries, and maintain a healthy codebase by applying engineering best practices and introducing improved patterns, tooling, and architecture.
You will be owning decisions regarding component, feature, or application-level quality, reliability, efficiency, and performance.
You will be leading by example and influencing the engineering team, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior team members.
You will also help define and evolve the team's current processes and coding standards.
