Our Recruitment and Development Team plays a vital role in ensuring our people have the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to succeed in their roles and grow within the organisation.The roleThe APS5 Recruitment Advisor reports to the Team Leader of Recruitment and is responsible for administering comprehensive end-to-end recruitment services.
This includes designing, coordinating, and placing job advertisements across various platforms.In this role you will :Provide advice on recruitment policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring alignment with legislative requirements.Administer comprehensive end-to-end recruitment services.Facilitate recruitment for both ongoing and non-ongoing roles.Offer consultancy support to selection panels throughout the recruitment and selection process.Support the development of role profiles, candidate attraction strategies, role classification, and monitoring of the organisational structure.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.Review selection processes and prepare employment offers.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation.Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.Promote a customer-centric service culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.To be successful in the role you will :Demonstrate proficiency in contemporary recruitment practices.Utilise recruitment systems effectively.Exhibit strong customer service skills.Have a qualification in HR or a related discipline (desirable).Are you unsure about applying?If you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point on what we are looking for, please still apply or get in touch with the contact officer to learn more about the role.To ApplyPlease visit the careers page of our website to submit your application via our e-Recruit system.
