About the role We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our team at the newly opened Towing Performance Centre (TPC) in Keysborough, Melbourne—the sister facility to our Brisbane location.
We're looking for an enthusiastic Technician to help our customers stay on the road through the servicing, repair and upgrade of their caravans and trailers.
This may include simple brake and suspension servicing all the way up to full suspension retrofits.
You will also assist with task coordination, customer interactions, and maintain a high level of housekeeping and health and safety.
As a key member of the team, you'll contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while gaining valuable experience and growing your skills.
Your responsibilities will include: Servicing, repair and upgrading of caravans and trailers.Upgrading of tow vehicles.Fabrication of displays.Use of ERP systems in related activities.Complete all relevant checklists and paperwork as required.Preventative maintenance as required.Grow the TPC by identifying opportunities for range growth.About you Certified DSC and ESC installer (desired).In-depth knowledge of trailer, caravan, and vehicle components.Sound understanding of trailer, caravan, and vehicle components, as well as servicing and modification techniques.Experience with welding, fabrication, servicing, and auto electrical work, relevant to trailer chassis and vehicle modifications (desired).Experience driving a Forklift with a current licence (desired).Valid and clean Driver's License.Willingness to travel within Australia as required.Advanced ability to drive and manoeuvre vehicles and trailers.Recruitment Process: During our recruitment process, you will be required to undergo pre-employment checks including a pre-employment medical, reference checks, national police check and Australian working rights check.
