We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

What you'd be doing in this role As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA.
But we like to think that's all part of the fun.
This role is focused on:
Developing and driving the Global Content & Discovery data strategy, coordinating closely with the data leads, product leads and engineering leads.Coaching and guiding a team of analytics engineers, contributing to the growth and success of the Global Content & Discovery group.Managing projects, prioritising and working with product managers, designers and engineers to build up our data pipelines.Finding insights that help us understand both Canva and our customers.Enhancing engineering best practices for data modelling and operationalization within a data warehouse setting.Taking ownership of team warehouse platform namespaces and ensuring compliance with evolving platform standards and guidelines.You're probably a match if:
You have demonstrable experience leading data specialists, defining team strategy, and data roadmaps.You have relevant and hands-on experience in general analytics/data engineering and data warehouses.You have proven experience in building strategies and roadmaps for data pipeline & tooling across a large modern business.You're able to break down complex topics into simple solutions.You demonstrate strong stakeholder empathy and customer focus.You possess strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to execution.About the team Canva's mission is to empower the world to design.
