Key Responsibilities: Step into a pivotal role with one of the industry's most respected agencies.
We're looking for a proactive Junior Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of five stunning office locations.
This role offers not just a dynamic work environment but also a pathway to career growth in operations management
Oversee daily operations across multiple offices Maintain office functionality, including cleanliness, supplies, and equipment readiness Set up laptops and workstations for new team members, ensuring a seamless onboarding process Provide essential administrative support to the broader team Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Business Operations Manager to ensure operational excellence Travel between offices as required Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience in the real estate industry is essential for this role.
