We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join this unique business based in West Melbourne.
If you have experience producing high-quality content, developing strategies, and a deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok, we want to hear from you.

Warm and friendly, family feel environment Key responsibilities Content Creation - Develop strategies to create engaging, high-quality content across various social media platforms.
Analysis and Optimisation - Analyze platform performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Brand Optimisation - Enhance brand presence and effectiveness across digital channels.
Competitor Analysis - Monitor and assess competitors while evaluating market trends.
Market Research - Conduct research to identify future growth opportunities.
Collaboration - Work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
About you?
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields Minimum of 1 year in content creation or digital marketing, particularly on social media Deep knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, META and TikTok, with a good understanding of algorithms You must hold a valid drivers license and have access to your own reliable vehicle Extremely organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team If this opportunity excites you and you are ready to join this supportive and values driven team, then APPLY NOW or email/call Georgina @ SMAART Recruitment on ******/0431293145 if you have further questions.
