What you'll be doing The Clinical Support Officer (CSO) is required for the Surgical COU and Trauma Unit and plays a vital role in supporting nurses, medical staff, and allied health professionals by delivering efficient administrative services within a ward/unit environment. Your responsibilities will also include:
Providing timely, accurate administrative support to the health care team.
Working under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager (N/MUM).
Collaborating with existing ward/unit administrative staff.
Operating autonomously while exercising initiative within established procedures.
Enhancing workflow efficiency to improve patient care delivery.

Selection Criteria :
Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Demonstrated high level computer skills, including Microsoft and Window based applications, emails systems and other patient information systems like iPMS and Cerner.
Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
