The DART program will also improve identification and response to both immediate and systemic NDIS risks.As a Risk Manager, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in risk management while enjoying a collaborative and flexible working environment. You will be able to demonstrate:Strong ability to align operational activities with the Commission's objectivesProven analytical skills, able to undertake systematic analysis and draw accurate conclusionsExcellent at building and sustaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersSkilled in identifying key talent and fostering high performanceAbility to see projects through to completion, monitoring and adjusting plans as required.About the RolePerform thorough risk assessments, identifying risks across multiple streams and work areasDevelop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate risks and support program successMaintain and regularly update the program's risk register, ensuring accurate reflection of risk statusesCollaborate with project managers, stream leads, and the Senior Responsible Officer to monitor risks and devise actionable mitigation plansContribute to corporate risk reporting, providing insights to inform government assurance processesUse Microsoft Suite tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI, Excel, and MS Project) to track, manage, and report on risk information.
