Freshdrop Transport Services Pty Ltd, a leading Logistics Management company specializing in Refrigerated Transport, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Transport Company Manager and Directors, this role is pivotal in ensuring effective contract management and project oversight across our operations in NSW and WA.
ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a full-time Contract Administrator to lead and coordinate the contractual and project aspects of our diverse range of services. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the following tasks:
Developing, reviewing, and negotiating variations to contracts and servicesResponding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts and services provided, and persons affectedManaging paperwork associated with contracts and services providedCollaborating with Transport Company Managers, Engineering Professionals, Directors, and Owners to ensure project goals are metAdvising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisionsOverseeing work performed by contractors and reporting on variations to work ordersPreparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organization's activitiesCollecting and analyzing data associated with services undertaken, and reporting outcomesYour responsibilities will include effective contract administration, preparing, negotiating, and reviewing contracts on behalf of the company.
Minimum RequirementsSuccessful applicants must have:

Remuneration: Base Salary starting from $74K + performance and incentives depending on relevant skill sets.
