We're looking for an Associate Manager / Manager, Manufacturing Engineering in our Moulding Engineering team to drive prototyping, process development, and support for NPI of mask projects, making a direct impact on ResMed's innovation journey.This exciting role is open to candidates who are ready to bring their experience and leadership skills to a global organization committed to excellence and innovation.

Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities, and documentation to support mask NPI projects in the Moulding factory.Inspiring and Guiding a Team:
Coach and mentor team members to achieve excellence in manufacturing engineering while fostering a culture of growth and innovation.Collaborating Across Disciplines:
Work closely with project stakeholders, customers, and managers across our Product and Supply Chain teams to ensure designs are robust, manufacturable, and meet production demands.Driving Process Validation and Quality Standards:
Lead process validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards while identifying improvements in alignment with GMP, Six Sigma, and LEAN methodologies.Resolving Technical Challenges:
Act as a problem-solver for technical issues, prioritizing quality, safety, and operational excellence.Enhancing Operations:
Introduce and maintain production procedures, train teams on new equipment and processes, and contribute to strategic and operational goals.Qualifications and Experience:Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (mechanical, industrial, or similar preferred).Professional Experience:
At least 5 years in manufacturing, product development, or process engineering roles, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to mentor and guide teams to success, with experience managing projects across cross-functional teams.Technical Expertise:
Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, process validation, and driving improvements in manufacturing processes.Project Management:
Exceptional ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Stakeholder Engagement:
