Wolff Power is an innovative electrical consultancy / contractor that specialises in the design, construction, operations and maintenance of generation plants and high and low voltage networks across Queensland and New South Wales.

We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Administrator to join the team in Toowoomba.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.
This person must be exceedingly well organised and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting diverse people and programs.

The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

High level written and verbal communication skills are essential with strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a key resource for tender submissions, and tender and contract-related activities Administrative and quality assurance support Monitor and review supplier performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations Identify, develop and execute marketing campaigns, project launches and drive brand awareness Monitoring and maintain company website Develop engaging content for social media and monitoring results Supporting the development of long-term business plans and growth initiatives.
About you:
Detail-oriented, organised, and be an analytical thinker with attention for detail Ability to be adaptable is important, as you will often handle multiple tasks and support various projects Proactive, results-driven while having a positive can-do attitude Thrive in a fast-paced environment with KPIs, and reporting metrics Demonstrate commercial and business acumen Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with internal teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate marketing plans, share insights, and engage with various stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Design Software Experience in marketing, media relations in either the public or private sector PowerBi, SharePoint, IMS and CRM Software Digital marketing and social media experience advantageous.
