As the Product Manager for Chefgood, you will take ownership of the product strategy, development, and execution.
You will work cross-functionally with teams from Marketing, Finance, and more to bring innovative and user-friendly products to market.
With a clear focus on strategic planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and maintaining our competitive edge in the Ready-To-Heat (RTH) industry.
Your role:
Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with market trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with various teams across the business to create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritises key features and product evolution.
Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through to market launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
Define and track product KPIs to evaluate success and inform continuous improvements.
Manage an external team of frontend and backend developers, ensuring the execution of both customer-facing and backend digital product initiatives, while delivering high-quality results that align with business objectives.
Oversee the work of our external UX/UI designer to ensure that digital products are intuitive, visually appealing, and provide an outstanding user experience for the customer-facing website.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of experience in (digital) product management, preferably within the FMCG, food, or Ready-To-Heat meal industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing product launches from concept to market, with a focus on e-commerce platforms or digital solutions.
Proven track record of managing development teams, both internal and external, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with product goals and business objectives.
Expertise in market research and competitive analysis, with a focus on the food or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and customer acquisition strategies.
Experience in managing product roadmaps, budgeting, and ensuring on-time delivery within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and the ability to work closely with design and development teams to create seamless customer experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
