WHAT IS THIS FIRM?
This is your opportunity to work for one of Australia's most complex restructuring and insolvency litigation on the local and international level.
You'll have the rare experience of collaborating closely with a small local team under the guidance of a partner, while being part of a huge firm that handles lots of cross-border disputes.Unlike many other international firms in Brisbane, where teams are often oversized, making it challenging to engage in the complex work you want, as an Associate in this team, you will actively participate in every stage of a transaction.

WHAT COULD I WORK ON?

Corporate Insolvency Large-scale restructuring transactions Debtor and creditor disputes Joint Venture disputes Renewable energy litigation Administrations and receiverships Asset recovery work in international jurisdictions.
This is acting for unsecured and secured creditors across both contentious and non-contentious insolvency workWHY SHOULD I APPLY?

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Associates or SA's with at least 4 years of PAE, considering those with up to 7 years of experience.
Whether you come from a background directly in either general commercial litigation or insolvency.
