BGIS is seeking an HSEQ Advisor to join our team in Sydney, NSW.

About the Role As an HSEQ Advisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing compliance standards across our operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing HSEQ management systems to ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001.Conducting regular audits and inspections at remote sites to identify risks, enforce compliance, and address non-conformances.Managing BGIS Risk and Contractor Compliance, including hazard and incident reporting and facilitating training sessions.Investigating incidents and leading root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.Providing HSEQ expertise on behalf of BGIS to our Defence Industries clients and supporting business growth initiatives such as fee proposals and tenders.About You We're looking for candidates with:
