Privé Hair & Makeup, Australia's leading luxury hair and makeup service provider, is expanding, and we're looking for an exceptional Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Who We Are:Specialising in weddings, events, photoshoots, and corporate activations, Privé Hair & Makeup collaborates with some of the world's most prestigious hotel brands, including EVT, Hilton Worldwide, Global Hyatt, Accor, and IHG.
About You:Are you an experienced hairdresser looking to step off the salon floor?

About the Role:You'll play a pivotal role in converting incoming enquiries into bookings and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Acting as the first point of contact, you'll represent the luxury, professionalism, and warmth that Privé is known for.
Key Responsibilities: Client Booking Management: Handle incoming enquiries (phone/email), provide consultations, craft quotes, and secure bookings.Team Coordination: Allocate work to our hair and makeup artists nationwide, ensuring schedules maximize efficiency and booking volume.Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, resolving concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients and our stylist team, leveraging your hair industry expertise to foster trust and rapport.Leadership: Lead and inspire a small team of administrators, providing guidance and fostering collaboration.Operational Oversight: Manage booking administration, invoicing, and team allocations, ensuring seamless operations.Ideal Candidate: Industry Expertise: Background in hairdressing or beauty consulting is essential.
