About the role

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing issues, as well as providing expert advice and guidance to our clients.

What you'll be doing
Perform a wide range of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance activities Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing problems quickly and efficiently Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on plumbing-related matters Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of workmanship and safety Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work undertaken Adhere to all relevant plumbing regulations, codes, and standards What we're looking for
A valid plumbing licence and extensive experience as a qualified plumber Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of plumbing issues Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients A commitment to safety and a track record of working in compliance with relevant regulations The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills A clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites as needed What we offer
