Senior Associate Payment Simplification

As a Senior Associate within Finance, you will produce and provide commercial financial insight, analysis, and recommendations to drive and improve business performance in the Group COO Payments, Simplification and Technology Modernisation division.You're encouraged to grow your skills and capability to maximise your value.You'll have the opportunity to have an impact on a broad range of business and finance stakeholders.Opportunity to drive continuous improvement to be more efficient including consistency in reporting and process.In this Senior Associate role, you willAssess, analyse, and investigate aspects of financial reporting, including understanding of variances to Business plan/expectations to ensure accurate reporting and the production of Business financial insight for potential drivers of variances.Provide detailed financial analysis to enable the provision of commercial and financial advice, on both strategic and operational initiatives to the Business.Maintain strong balance sheet control and understanding through the sign off balance sheet reconciliations including ensuring aged balances are cleared and reconciliation breaks are clearly understood and providing detailed analysis and information to support the FDC process.Support the reporting oversight of Domain and project activities.Support change initiatives by managing all financial impacts including validating / restatement of numbers, mapping of ledger and insight and taking actions to reduce key data gaps as required.Complete maintenance requests and support HFM changes as required.What you'll bringExcels in a dynamic environment and can successfully multi-task.Sound numerical, financial analysis and modelling skills.Ability to utilise finance visualisation tools including Power BI.Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver financial results with insights and recommendations.Years of experience in Finance/Financial Services along with experience in Payments, Deposits, transactions.Degree qualified ideally having a CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent) an advantage.Curious and proactively seeks to understand business and cost drivers.Join NABIf you think this role is the right fit for you, we would love to hear from you.
